RWM Tuesday Night Track

Hi All,
It's that time of year again...TUESDAY TRACK! Come and join us on the track. 5:30 pm is the time until daylight savings when we switch to 6:00 pm, and U of M's Dornblaser track is the place. Near the corner of South Ave and South Higgins Ave. There might be snow but we'll be ready to run! We had an amazing turnout last year with our peak being around 60 runners. Run Wild's marathon training group joined us and hopefully will again this year. We have all ages and abilities and break apart into appropriate groups so don't be shy or intimidated, it's fun. And it's the best way to get faster and meet other runners!

See you there, Courtney

Training for the Missoula Half or Full Marathon requires dedication and strong self-motivation to reach the finish line. So there is nothing more frustrating than being sidelined by an injury just when everything seems to be going well. Come to this seminar to learn prevention techniques, common training injuries, what to watch for, when you need to get assistance, when to work through the discomfort, and what you can do on your own to stay injury-free.

The event is free, but seating is limited to 40-50. The Good Food Store is located at 1600 S. Third St. W., Missoula
