Thank you for such a fun day! I was so impressed with your organization and support you had for Missoula's 1st marathon. I will definitely be back next year. Timing chips?

Here is the website for the photos. I am not sure how long it will take but I would give it a week or so.

Many thanks! This was my first half marathon and I couldn't have asked for a better one. The volunteers really made my day.

Where do I find the results for the full marathon?

The results will be up on the main page. www.missoulamarathon.com soon. They said late today at one point. I would just keep checking back, unless you were top ten. Those results were in the Missoulian and on their website.

What a fabulous community event this turned out to be. Thanks for doing a great job!
Next year (yes I will be dong it again), please put more port-a-potties at the half-marathon start, and an official time clock at the finish line.

CONGRATULATIONS!!

The run was great! I was especially impressed with the volunteers. The early start time made for a more comfortable run than I had expected. Way to go!

Thanks for making my first marathon a positive experience! The atmosphere was so supportive. The volunteers, people along the route, music, cheering squads, etc were great. A big thanks to the organizers on a successful and enjoyable event!!

I thought overall a great inagural event! if the date is the same and set for next year, consider a 5:30am start or at least 6am to beat the heat for us slower runners. thanks

WOW!!!
What a great first marathon experience!. Although I did finish in the time I was shooting for, due to hip pain and leg cramps, the last 6 miles. I crossed the finish line, and that was an awesome feeling!
My thanks to all the people who put this great event on. To the wonderful support groups and volunteers who were at every turn…I mean every turn! I am legally blind and in the past when I have run races there have been places where the turns were not marked, or I could not see them. There was no way I could get lost in this race.
Next year I will do the ½ marathon…I’m just not a hot weather runner!
Way to go Missoula! Makes me proud to be a native!

The previous comments really say it all. The volunteers made this event special...thank you Missoula! This inagural event was definitely a success. I also liked the suggestion of starting at 5:30 am. I thought miles 11 & 12 of the 1/2 marathon were very hot. Perhaps re-routing the course onto a few streets w/ shade would be an option also...

Still waiting for race results on the evening of July 17. When will they be available?

Way to go run organizers, the many volunteers and the city of Missoula!! You ROCK!! This was not my first marathon but it was surely the best when it comes to the many supporters along the route. The heat is out your/our control-but I do agree with an earlier start and more shaded route towards the end. Timing chips are also a great idea. Thanks again to all of you involved in making this awesome event happen.

Flying all the way from the Bay Area in CA was way worth the flight to be part of the Missoula half marathon. I had an awesome time and loved all the support the people of this town gave to make this a successful event. I definitly will be back!! Way to go Missoula!!!
